Mansa is a seasoned Fundraising, Enterprise Development and Events Consultant experienced in providing advice to entities including Non-profit organisations on the implementation of business development strategies to promote growth and boost revenue.

She has consulted for reputable organisations such as the Ghana Climate and Innovation Centre (GCIC), GIZ and SNV to name a few. Mansa has supported over thirty (30) very early-stage businesses to raise seed capital or proof-of-concept grants over the past five years.   Mansa has served as mentor for several programs including the African Entrepreneurship Awards, the Climate Launchpad Ghana, Seedstars and the Community Service Awards.

She is a past Executive Secretary of the African Entrepreneurs Hub and sat on its board.  Mansa has a degree in International Relations, from University of Reading, U.K; an M.A in Gender studies from Goldsmiths College, University of London, UK; Professional Certificate in Marketing from CIM UK.
