We started Mirepa because of a gap we identified in the market.  After years of growing, investing in and supporting SMEs in the West African region, it became very clear that early stage businesses and SMEs looking for capital within the $100k – $2M range were grossly underserved.  This segment is starved of patient risk capital as well as the value addition that comes with smart investments.

We believe the time is right to provide the much needed interventions for this “missing middle” in our region.  We been in the trenches before as operators as well as investors and we believe we can add significant value to the next generation of entrepreneurs.  We have the relevant local experience and expertise to select and grow winners in this market.

Yin & Yang – We are both commercially driven and socially focused.  Lasting socio-economic change must be financially sustainable.
